Most recently, I recevied the highly sought after, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation.  This certification gives our the "specific" understanding and knowledge of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, buyer, seller and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowner's.  Through our comprehensive training, CDPEs are able to provide solutions to homeowners facing hardships in today's market, and with specifically short sales.
